2023 Reading Challenge

Happy New Year and Welcome to 2023! I am excited about the year ahead and its many possibilities. One thing I wanted to try this year is to explore reading and expand my tastes just a little bit more than usual, but with a concerted effort.

So I created a reading challenge for myself that allowed for flexibility and mood reading, but still challenged my current reading habits.

I want to share this challenge with you!

Throughout the year, select twelve books (one a month is my goal) that fit into one of the categories below. Many of the titles that have been circling my mind lately fit into several of these categories, so try to pick a new book for each one to expand the challenge to its full potential.

This challenge is designed to expand your reading without hurting your wallet. Use the library, your friend's shelves, and whatever you currently own to fulfill each of these categories.

If you are a mood reader - like myself - this challenge is perfect for you because there is no order! Jump around and explore all year long. Or, if you prefer to plan ahead, you can easily map out the next 12 months using the categories as a guide.

Follow the journey on Instagram (@amandasarchives) where most of the updates will be shared. And look for the upcoming reviews in your inbox!

I hope you'll come along for the ride!

Happy reading.
