Mindset Monday – Manifest Positivity

Sometimes positivity is the most challenging thing to manifest in our day-to-day lives. We get bogged down with our to-do lists, should haves, would haves, could haves…

But there are things we can do to help create our own positivity and make something good happen. Sometimes it is as simple as putting on a fancier outfit. Maybe it means getting up and doing a workout. Or perhaps it is giving yourself and your students a small break and stretching that one-day assignment into two to promote deeper discussion and better quality work.

Take time this week and think deeply about what you are doing to create positivity in your own life. My challenge to you is to manifest positivity every day if you can, but at least a few times this week.
