Mindset Monday – Planning Ahead

After spending all weekend grading papers, and still feeling like my to-do list needs catching up on, I wanted to make time this week to get completely caught up and then get ahead! Usually once I can get ahead I can stay that way.

Carve out time this week, even if it is just one hour, and plan ahead one week, two weeks, or even through next month. We know plans are bound to change, but having a rough outline can help you feel prepared and less stressed.
