March Wrap Up

March was a very successful month for me reading wise. I don’t know if I have truly been able to accomplish as much reading as I did in quite a while.

I managed to read 7 books! Here are the titles, their publishers and release dates, and a mini review.

Things in Jars by Jess Kidd

Atria Books – February 4, 2020

Beautiful mystery with the right amount of fantasy and drama set in Victorian London. The ghost was my favorite.

The Five Wishes of Mr. Murray McBride by Joe Siple

Black Rose Writing – May 17, 2018

Sweet story about a 100 year old man and a sick child who become unlikely friends on a quest to fulfill five wishes before death.

After the Flood by Kassandra Montag

William Morrow – September 3, 2019

Harrowing tale of family, secrets, and determination set during the future when sea waters cover the earth.

In the Heart of the Fire by Dean Koontz

Amazon Original Stories – November 12, 2019

The chilling, first short story in the Nameless collection caught my breath and made me want to read more.

The Age of Witches by Louisa Morgan

COMING SOON! Redhook – April 7, 2020

Beautiful story of the courage it takes to stand up to what is wrong, fight for what you believe, and stay humble about the power you possess.

Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K. Rowling

Arthur A. Levine Books – First published June 26, 1997

Classic story of a young boy realizing he is a wizard, and defying the odds as a first year against dark magic.

The Two Lives of Lydia Bird by Josie Silves

Ballantine Books – March 3, 2020

A romantic tale of love, grief, loss, and the struggle between knowing what is real and desiring what is a dream.

See any books that you also read this month? How many were you able to read? Any you have added to your TBR? Let me know!

And as always, happy reading.
